Our team consists of employees with many years of experience in the world of digital recruiting and personnel consulting. We have worked with numerous digital companies / start-ups and have experience with all industries such as fintech, insurtech, proptech, among others for almost a decade.



iBeat's founder Kristin Wasilewski  has been working with several leading digital players such as Airbnb, Deliveroo, N26, Axel Springer-hy and "Unicorns" such as GetYourGuide or Doctolib for 10 years. Previously she worked at DONE! Berlin GmbH, a personnel and recruiting agency in her last position as HR consultant, managing director and COO.
